SHIPPING/HANDLING USA CUSTOMERS: Your order will be shipped FOB: Laredo, Texas. All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground unless you make other arrangements with us at the time you place your order. Shipping is charged at the lowest published rate available from Federal Express (www.fedex.com)

HANDLING FEES: We make every effort to pack in a manner that minimizes your shipping expenses. However our first priority is to pack in such a way that the merchandise will not be damaged in transit.

MAXIMUM SHIPPING CHARGES: Note that this applies ONLY to ground shipments in the 48 contiguous states. We guarantee that your maximum shipping/handling charges will not exceed 18% of the cost of your merchandise at its normal price. Most often your charges are less than this. EXCEPTION: If you are ordering items that are classified as "oversize" by Federal Express, the shipping for those goods may exceed the 15% and you will be charged accordingly. We never pack an oversize box unless it is absolutely necessary to assure your merchandise will arrive in good condition.

SHIPMENT ORIGIN: Our warehouse and administrative offices are located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. All shipments originate from this location. All transit costs from San Miguel including trucking, brokerage, and custom duties are paid by us. Your responsibility to pay shipping costs begins in Laredo, Texas, USA. Because the shipment originates in a foreign country, we cannot ship COD. We also cannot ship via UPS.

SPECIAL SHIPPING OPTIONS: USA CUSTOMERS. You may arrange the following "special shipping" options with us at the time you place your order. DAMAGES/RETURNS/OVERAGES/SHORTAGES: All claims must be made within seven days of receiving your shipment or we will not honor your claim. We quality control every product when it is received in our warehouse and again before it is packed. We double-count each line item to assure that you receive exactly what you ordered in the quantities that you ordered. We make every effort to pack in a manner that will avoid in-transit damages even with the most brutal mishandling. However, if you are among the unlucky few...
  • If you receive damaged merchandise. Notify us immediately by email, telephone or fax. Save the boxes and the packing materials so that you can show this to the Federal Express Claims Representative. We will immediately file a claim with Federal Express and arrange for inspection as quickly as possible. Generally Federal Express will either take the goods with them or give you permission to destroy them after inspection. If there is a doubt, the goods will be sent to our Virginia return address by Federal Express. After you notify us and Federal Express completes the inspection, your account will be credited. We will either resend the goods, issue a refund, or hold the credit for your next order if you have a history of ordering regularly with us. Please remember that the claim must be registered within seven days of receiving the merchandise. Sorry but we will make no exceptions to this policy.
  • If you are missing something (even after our double-counting). First please check your invoice carefully to see if the missing items are backordered or not available for some reason. If we have charged you and not sent the correct quantity, we will review and correct the error by the most appropriate method as quickly as possible.
  • If you receive EXTRA merchandise or something that you did not order. Notify us immediately and we will arrange pickup and return using a Federal Express Call Tag. (Please save the packing material and re-pack with care.)
RETURNS. Merchandise cannot be returned to Mexico. Contact us for AUTHORIZATION and where to ship merchandise before returning anything.
